Congrsts to the staff for their attention to detail, going "extra mile" work ethic, and willing to serve their customers from their hearts, and not just by their hands. What am I so inpressed about, you ask? 1. This in only McDonalds which serves "oat meal", with; "raisins" and "diced apples", already added to the bowl. Rather than handing you each indredient in a bag. 2. When you order hot tea, they will put "tea bag" in the tea for you, rather than handing you hot water and tea bag separatly. Note to the restaurant staff: Your dedication to provide qiality, and the spirit to "do it right", is very visible and very inspiring, keep up the awesome work of serving me the best of you, daily. Thank you!

Stopped here On the way to a dog show in Jordan. Service was polite and fast. Coffee was hot and tasty, could have been a bit stronger, but I like STRONG coffee. Breakfast sandwich was hot and the dogs enjoyed sharing it. Easy off and on from212. Drive through felt a bit tight for a full sized SUV, but a doable space.

UNACCEPTABLE. 3 different places where it says NO ONIONS. I shouldn’t be scraping onions off when it’s put in your system correct. You’ve guys have done this MORE THAN ONCE. If someone is allergic to onions and you still do this…that’s a big lawsuit yall don’t want to have

I have always had a good experience here with the drive-thru being quick and my order being correct. However, my experiences with dining in have been less than stellar. During my last dine-in visit, I ordered two cheeseburgers with ketchup only. What I received was two cheeseburgers with everything except for ketchup. When I took them back up to the counter to get my correct order, they gave me back the exact same burgers with everything on them and a squirt of ketchup. I decided to just go ahead and take them as they were and picked stuff off myself. The fresh fries I received with my incorrect burgers were cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for...

I never know when they’re open. Sometimes they close at 8, sometimes they close at 10. They change the hours frequently. Sometimes they close just before their listed hours. I have never seen anyone over 18 working here, and often have to wait to order in an empty lobby despite multiple people looking right at me and then ignoring me and walking into the back. I live within walking distance and frequently come here to get an ice cream cone. Last time it took no less than 5 teenage boys to operate the lever for the ice cream after a 5 minute wait in the...
