The Battered Spoon was seriously amazing to work with! From the very start they were so easy to communicate with and really made the whole process stress-free. I sent them some inspo pics and they totally brought it to life!!! Even better than I pictured. The cake was adorable, creative, and such a fun centerpiece for the party. And it wasn’t just a cute cake, it was sooo good. The cake was super fresh and moist, the frosting was delicious, and everyone kept going back for seconds. People were literally asking me all night where I got it from. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and I’ll 100% be ordering from The Battered Spoon again. I ordered from here after a recommendation from a friend. We wanted a Squid Games themed cake. Everything was easy, done over email and payment was online and simple.

We gave a few examples of the cake we wanted and all the elements were there. The cake was big! Far bigger than you get at the stores and the price was great.

I liked that the cake wasn't too sweet. Sometimes the frosting is so high in sugar with the store bought cakes, it just overpowers any other taste in the cake. This was a good balance. Nothing overly sweet, so you can enjoy all the flavors of the cake.

Everyone enjoyed it. We have 17 people at our party, everyone had a huge slice and we still had left overs to enjoy.

I will certainly be coming back to order more...

Ok, I am obsessed with eating cake, and I'm here to say that Michelle's baking is #1! We hired Michelle to do a small wedding cake and multiple kinds of cupcakes this past summer, and she gave us exactly what we were hoping for! From the generous tasting box, to the ease of ordering, to the wedding day delivery and setup (adding flowers from our florist)... all was just perfect AND incredibly affordable.
