Have been to hundreds of Subways in my life, all around the beautiful USA. This location stands out as the absolute worst, ever. Who ever owns this particular shop does not deserve to remain in business. We drove in a few days ago and were the only customers present. The two employees, Jade and her Boss were sitting outside on the sidewalk vaping. We walked past them thinking that they looked like they might work there. We stood quietly inside for a full two minutes before the employees, outside, grudgingly got to their feet and came in to their posts. Another full two minutes went by as they checked on everything else but us. They never once acknowledged our presence except to scowl in our direction as if we were ruining their lives. The actual Sandwich making procedure was excruciating as we experienced the worst of attitudes and behaviors from behind the counter. If I asked for a lot of something she put on the tiniest amount; if I asked for a little, she loaded it on. She literally threw veggies on with the greatest of disgust and toxicity. I felt like asking her if we had once been married or something! There's way more sad details that I could relate about the short encounter, but let me just say in passing that if You have enough gas to get to somewhere else, anywhere else, do it! If You scrape up a dead Opossum off the road, You'll have a more pleasant dining experience than at the Charleston Tennessee Subway. When I first walked in my husband and 7 yr old daughter the lady with reddish brown hair and glasses was literally calling a potential customer that was parking an idiot because they were parking in the wrong spot. I am sorry you shouldn't be yelling "THAT'S NOT A PARKING SPOT YOU IDIOT!" when you have customers WITH CHILDREN coming in!!!
From previous reviews it looks like I am not the only one who has complained about this lady. She has absolutely no customer service skills and just plain rude.
She is NOT my only complaint. When I walked in I couldn't see the meat selection behind the glass there was a metal hood covering the meats. So you're telling me I can't see the meat that could possibly be contaminated or to know what possible meats that are stocked and not?
Then my sandwhich I got a meatball sub. I was really let down it was terrible. The meatballs looked and tasted old and when I asked for ranch dressing there was like 2 drops of it put on my sandwhich. The only thing that looked good was the veggies they all looked fresh.
As my husband paid for it she kept interrupting him when he was trying to speak to our daughter to see if there was anything else she wanted like a drink or cookie.

Then as she was making our order she walked to the back 2 times, I'm not sure why she did that. The lettuce looked super old, the green peppers were a weird yellow color, and the spinach looked really bad. I had a coupon that I presented at the end and she tells me her coupon machine is down so I'm not happy about that. I feel they could still do the discount manually without scanning it.
