Just Fresh at the YMCA (Cafe and Restaurant) — Restaurant in Charlotte

I ordered Just Fresh for lunch through Foodsby. I received the notification that my lunch was delivered to the drop location but couldn't find it. I reached out to Foodsby and the restaurant and both responded right away. I was told my lunch was delivered but must have been picked up by another customer. I have no doubt they delivered my lunch since they said it's protocol to take a photo of the lunch cart at the drop location before they leave. They were super nice and delivered another lunch to me in person. I couldn't ask for better customer service and the bahama mama wrap was delicious. They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that was not their fault and I will definitely recommend their restaurant to family...

The employee I've been helped by last 2 days may have the surliest attitude I've encountered in food service. She will not say hello or thank you, and sticks out the coffee cup toward me without a word with a sullen look on her face. Today when I came in she was laughing with a co-worker with a huge smile on her face, so I though maybe she just had a bad day the last time I was in, but no, as soon as she approached the register her attitude reverted to barely tolerant and almost aggresively rude. Love love love the YMCA Harris, but will not be spending any time or money in Just Fresh until there is a friendly face at the morning counter. They deliver to my office, so I can’t comment on the service and atmosphere at the store. This review is about the description of food and the food itself. The description left off that mayonnaise and arugula are on the sandwich. I am allergic to both and was unable to scrape off all of it. The bit I could eat was not very good. The bread was dry and stale and the turkey and cheese had little flavor. Restauranteurs need to understand that what they are making has the potential to make people ill. Every ingredient is important to disclose. Had to throw away my lunch and go out...
