Plato Pronto food truck — Restaurant in Charlotte

This food truck is a hidden gem! I ordered the Mini Quesadilla with chicken and Sope Campechanco with homemade Horchata to drink. As I waited for my food, the line of customers grew longer, confirming my belief that I had made the right choice. Something was bringing a lot of people to this food truck, so I was eager to try it for myself.

While I was waiting, I took a sip of my giant horchata (they use huge cups!). It was so refreshing and I drank it all afternoon. Once I received my food, I opened the tray to the delicious aroma of Mexican spices and cheese. The meats were perfectly seasoned and tender, and the toppings were super fresh. But my absolute favorite part was the rich corn flavor of the sope base.

As I scarfed bite after bite, I watched the empty tables fill with workers, businessmen, and random passersby. Everyone was thoroughly enjoying their food and the sunny day. I will definitely...

This is sooo fat but I can’t help but share 😭 Plato Pronto serves the best burritos and tacos that I’ve had so far . I moved away from Charlotte to Atlanta and all I can think about is they food truck . No matter where I go and how hard I try I can never get that same taste Plato Pronto have . I ate here almost everyday for lunch and every other night from the Old Statesville location . Whenever I visit Charlotte again I’ll be here ! I wish they would come to Atlanta 😔 I miss them ... EVERYBODY GO HERE...

Is amazing everytime I find a hidden Gem of authentic Mexican Food . I tried tacos de asada/beef chorizo and tripa/tripe and The tripa one was my favorite, if you go there you may need to wait because the place is very busy. The service was great and very friendly.
