I’m not sure if my experience was due to race, however I didn’t feel comfortable ordering. I was with coworkers who aren’t native English speakers. It’s a bit more difficult for me to order on their behalf. I’m aware I took a while to order, nonetheless the lady taking orders was quite rude, I felt as if she was rushing me. This was my first time at The Biscuit Box, I was hoping for a patient worker. I asked the lady what comes on an egg plate, she respond “ whatever you want” I also asked her what toppings can we add, she responded “there are no toppings”. I also didn’t receive my order. I asked for an egg & cheese biscuit. We got a completely different order. I felt upset. I read their sign “please be polite and don’t use harsh words, if you think you can do better than us we’re hiring” in my opinion that’s not how you treat people. If you’re gonna work, do it for the lord and not for man. Whatever you do and whoever you speak to be kind and easy on them. You never know what they’re going through. Experience’s like these makes you question yourself, as if you were the problem. The world needs a little more love, and if I lived here I sure would apply so I can spread more joy & be helpful. Read moreYou can most definitely tell it has changed either owners or management. The staff are wonderful! They are very friendly and very helpful. BUT They have a whole new crew (which is great!) and the food is nowhere near as what I'm used to coming from here. The biscuits used to be moist and flakey and melt in your mouth. Now you had better have a gallon of tea and something to get the biscuit out of your gums. The gravey has changed, it's bland and the eggs are just thrown together. Asked for over medium, got half raw eggs the first time and then I got done eggs with very little yellow runny and all the yokes were busted opened. It was just a very disappointing visit that I was so looking forward to because we don't go by there every morning like we used to. We will start going by every morning again come September. I certainly hope...
Read moreI would give them 5 stars as I usually go here MULTIPLE times a week however today we went through the drive through and sat there at the window waiting for someone to take our order. All we wanted was a biscuit and water that's it. The sign was still on OPEN and closing time isn't until one. Instead we were stared at by not 1 but 3 workers. That is unacceptable and not good customer service. They could have at least came to the windows and said one minute but no nothing. We sat there a good 5-10 min. We were patient because yes we seen them cleaning. But customers come before that you put the broom down for 2 seconds and then go back to it. My business will be taken elsewhere from now on. I'll drive to Dalton to the burger den if this is how customers are going...
