Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Chattahoochee County

Visited this restaurant for the 10th time, this year.

Minor irrelevant issues in the past, but this time, the service was not pleasing at all.

Do not visit between 5pm and 6pm, during the weekday.

Just wait til the next day, or try ordering online.

I stood at the counter almost 30 minutes, just waiting to be approached for service.

Then, there was a new employee, who needed assistance entering a redeem code. When he asked for help, the one female employee (working the front also) said that she was busy. The one male employee, (wearing dark gray), hesitated and kept yelling at the employee at the counter, then proceeded to come thumping buttons because he was pissed that he had to stop, to assist their new employee.

All of it was uncalled for. Yes, it gets very busy after 5pm. But where was the teamwork? And why hire a young man, then leave him unattended at the counter, only to get a freakin' attitude when the young man asks a question?

Placed order at 5:08 sat down waited as they needed to cook more chicken to fill my order a 16 piece family meal. At 5:25 went to counter asked how much longer as it been almost 20 minutes already was told they just dropped the chicken it be another 8 minutes. Then the employees start being smart asses calling out the time 6 minutes 4 minutes 1 minute. They were so rude finally got our food at 5:42. So another 17 minutes after telling me 8 minutes. The WORST. I was on the phone with my husband as he was ordering and clearly heard him say our order then when he gets home he tells me when he pulls up to the window it was wrong so he asked them to fix it. After doing so they were being rude to him and making it out to be a big deal. All he did was ask to get the correct order. After he tells me everything we get our food out and it’s STILL wrong.
