Burger King — Restaurant in Chattahoochee

Horrible I don’t advise anyone to go here at least until the Health Department has finished looking into the cleanliness and training of the workers here. My children stopped in for lunch on the way home and lunch for their two younger siblings and decided to eat on the way. This is by far so horrific and traumatic for my daughter as she had consumed over half before she realized something was wrong. Please check your food well before you eat it and your children’s food because you never know what you will get. The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to. I’m adding some pictures of the food and was advised by the Health Department to take my two children who had consumed the food to their Doctor or Er to be checked out as soon as I can! No parent should have to worry that their children will be given their lunch and end up in the Er because of it and yes I do know it could have been worse, yet to see your child break down and go into a full panic attack because of this is not any easier if it was for something else!! My pictures will be post on here as well I have contacted everyone about this the kids return to the store and they were greeted with a very nasty attitude and the lady who they spoke with first was very rude and Disrespectful to them they gave them a refund and no one offered to apologize for it not even a offer of the food to be replaced just rude and nasty as if the girls had done it to them! I am local and I have had a couple other incidents in the past but nothing to worry about our health with, I had breakfast here myself this morning. I have been told they are not as friendly or as clean as they were in the past I am not sure what is going to be done with this because I am waiting on them to finish up with the GCHD and they are heading to the ER right after!! I have tried to get ahold of the owners as I don’t feel like they are aware of what happens at the store I don’t say anything else about it as it’s hearsay but after today I gotta say I am believing it more and more! This place is disgusting. We ordered lunch and as I'm waiting for our order one of the employees was asking if she needed to throw away the container of pies because they expired on Tuesday  (it was Wednesday). The other lady working laughed at her and said no, we don't ever throw them away. Just change the date dot on all of them to Saturday. Then on Saturday change them to Tuesday again. She said that is what they do with all the pies and the iced coffee.

The place was filthy as well. We had to ask for the tables to be wiped down for us to sit and eat. The booths were layered with filth.

The cheesy tots were also gross and inedible. They were cold in the middle and didn't look like a tater tot or cheese was in them. When i asked for a refund I again got more attitude and the cashier kept saying they looked okay to her. I kept asking her how does food look hot or cold? It definitely wasn't steaming so how could she tell it was warm or cold? More eye rolling continued after that. We just left and won't be...

I ordered a few things online for pickup and my order was being worked on when I went in, but I was greeted right away and given my cup to head to the soda machine (they have surge in there, just sayin). Order was ready faster than I could fill my cup and send a text message. Everything was exactly what I ordered and the food tasted amazing. I avoid carbs so there is no bread or sauce or ketchup to hide behind with me and let me tell you; I have been on the road for the past couple of weeks and had my fair share of fast food bunless burgers out of convenience and these took the cake, hands down. As far as the fast food burger spots, for me, this Burger King is the one to beat. I had a bacon king and a double cheeseburger and it really hit the spot. Keep it up, I will see yall soon!
