This is a cozy little shack nestled near the heart of Chelmsford that surprised the living daylights out of me. It's small, very well kept and you can tell they care about this place with how well maintained it is. Not only that, this place takes cards. Meaning you don't need to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. Very convenient for a guy like me.
I've come here twice thus far. Once to try the chocolate and vanilla soft serve, which was amazing. My second time? I had to try the Dole Whip, which comes in two flavors as of this review, pineapple and raspberry. We'll touch on the experiences later.
They might not have much selection when it comes to flavor variety on the frozen treats but I prefer it this way because it often means that what they do have is usually amazing.
This place is no exception to that rule whatsoever. First, the soft serve is just perfect. Coming with the right amount of flavor and creaminess. You get a large and you get your money's worth. Absolutely fantastic and up there with some of the best soft serve I've had.
Then there's the Dole Whip, my first time ever having it and kaboom! No joke, it is absolutely mind-blowing just how creamy it is without using any dairy products in it whatsoever. Not only that, it's absolutely packed with flavor.
The pineapple and raspberry twist is the only way to do this. It's so good, it will make your head explode. When I took my first spoonful to try it? I literally said, "Oh my, oh wow! Wow wow wow wow wow!" as I went back to my car to finish the rest.
To say Country Coffeehouse & Creamery is worth visiting would be an understatement. The Dole Whip alone makes it so worthwhile. Everything else is toppings on top of this delicious, refreshing delight. Without a doubt worthy of a five...
Read moreCountry Creamery next to Friendship Park is a great coffee shop that serves amazing pastries, coffee, soft serve ice cream, dole whip and more. We have been there many times this summer and it did not disappoint once. They have the best soft serve around and they always offer new flavors. Their portions are plenty and are always more than enough. Their menu updates often and they post photos of new items on Facebook and Instagram. Their staff is always so nice and the atmosphere is relaxing and cute. It is always nicely decorated with flowers and has plenty of outdoor seating. Great for adults and kids. I recently brought a bunch of their pastries in for my coworkers and everyone loved them especially their cinnamon rolls. 10/10 recommend supporting this small business - you will not be...

Stopped by after a hike at Great Brook Farm State Park after seeing their patio setup. Plenty of outdoor tables, perfect for a post-hike hangout.
I grabbed a large iced coffee with tiramisu syrup and a sausage egg sandwich for about $10 (a solid deal considering today’s cafe prices). The sandwich was simple (kinda like Dunkin’, but slightly better), and the tiramisu syrup was nicely balanced. It was just enough to linger as a subtle aftertaste without overpowering the coffee.
Nothing mind-blowing here, but for a spot like this, all I really care about is something good, affordable, and enjoyable in nice weather—and...
