Unreal!!! 28 years in the service industry and I would never treat a guest with the lack of respect and integrity that I have received from this establishment. Try to wrap your head around a restaurant haphazardly attempting to justify to you on more than one occasion that 45 minutes before their posted closing time they refuse to take your pickup order because "I should know that restaurants close their kitchen before their closing time". The manager hung up on me upon finding out that I've previously faced this issue with them. If you post your hours until 11PM, you should expect that people will call at 10:15. I previously filed a complaint with the company, that states on their website that they follow up on all claims, and wouldn't you know that I never received correspondence. Believe me, I know that the last hour is not your favorite time of the day when you're trying to clean up, and I can understand if it was for delivery and they want to have the driver out the door for a last run. But everyone has a different lifestyle and schedule and there must be some accountability on the part of the business based on the hours THEY set. Upon requesting the name of the manager for a reference to contact their corporate office, I'm told that "It's private information and I'm not permitted to have it" (yet they wear nametags while on duty). Instead of offering clarity on their company's standards regarding hours and guiding me to the proper channel to voice my displeasure, they invested their time to stay on the phone and pompously inform me that "I should know that no restaurant serves food up until they close". To which it then became clear as to of the level of sophistication and ignorant complacency of the individuals representing this company who I have just painfully engaged in a battle of wits with. I once thought I had found a place in the neighborhood where a polite hello and cordial familiarity would encompass occasional visits when you are looking for the quick takeout meal with your wife after a long day. Closing arbitrarily is one issue that initiates frustration, but to garnish that with the disgusting display lacking professionalism and reasonable means of offering clarity for what a customer might expect as a standard by which any self-respecting food service establishment would uphold themselves to. Accountability and culturing relationships with your community are essential to the success of a restaurant, and for some reason this establishment has recently chosen to abandon these values to the extent of insulting their potential guests. I would never offer a post such as this unless absolutely necessary and I assure you that the establishment has made clear to me in words and action what the importance of guest satisfaction means to them by way of spiteful behavior. One star is for the food that meets the standard of a...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would because that’s honestly what it deserves. We’ve been loyal customers for years, I’m talking 6-7 years. We order the SAME EXACT order every time. Not a single time have we picked up our order or received our delivery has it been correct. There is ALWAYS something missing, something wrong, etc. It got so bad that we actually stopped ordering for about a year. Tonight was the first time we ordered pick up in about a year, hoping things changed. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad, mega fries, and a couple of other things. To no surprise, when we got home, there was not a single piece of chicken in the salad, but the best part is that they of course charged us for it!! We called back and explained this to them, and they said their driver would be right over with the chicken and that they were sorry. Mind you, I could throw a rock from my house and hit pats, that’s how close we live. Over 35 minutes later, we still did not get the chicken to which we called back and they acted “surprised” that we didn’t get our chicken yet. This place and its management are an absolute DISGRACE. We for sure will NEVER be ordering from here again. Not to mention their overpriced for what you get and more often than not, what you pay for but do...
Read moreThis place has parking and both indoor and outdoor seating available. Pizza was good, breaded wings were ok. They were a little fatty and salty. I’d try the naked ones next time. We tried the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and they tasted bad, but Saki quickly helped us with that problem. He was very pleasant and checking on everyone. Saki I believe was the manager. He was very nice . Jill was pleasant but Sam seemed to have confusion or an attitude each time we needed to request something or make an order. For example, we initially ordered the food to go. The restaurant was pretty empty and had plenty of seating both indoor and out , so we decided to stay. Our food was already paid for. When we decided to stay, we went up to order beverages to have our food. There seemed to be some confusion/annoyance for Sam when we wanted to order beverages as if that was not allowed since we had already made it to go order that was already fully paid for. Then when we ordered our beverages, we were directed over to the drink fountain, and there were no tops for the cups. She seemed frustrated when we had to ask her for tops. So when we had a problem with the taste of the egg rolls, I didn’t even want to tell her. Thank you so much Saki and Jill for your wonderful...
