Donāt smell the bottom of your pizza from Caputoās. We ordered two large pizzas and a steak sub. The issues were because they didnāt use a liner in their pizza boxes the hot pizza directly on the cardboard made the warm steaming pizza pick up a musty/moldy cardboard box smell and made it non-edible. We called to explained our complaint and received a response that the pizza boxes were assembled dailyā¦ā¦Okay??but what time they were assembled has no barring on the fact that they made the pizza smelly. :/ Iām sure Caputoās ,being in the pizza business knows the fact that using a box liner can eliminate this problem. For quality and sanitary reasons a liner should be used. We were told our name would be written in their book for a credit amount of the two large pizzas. A couple days later we decided to call in and use the credit and order a couple hot subs. We were then told we could only reorder pizza with the credit!! What!! Why would we want to reorder moldy smelling pizza again?? The manager then said they would only give us a $10 credit toward our order ,less than half the cost of the 2 pizzas . So we decided to scrap the whole order. Really?? This is the best you could do. Major disappointment....

I didnāt go back because of this reason and this last time was the final straw. Ordered 10 chicken wings and an order of mozzarella sticks, a simple order. Should have checked my order before leaving but didnāt. Get home and realize itās incorrect. French fries instead of mozzarella sticks. Call and tell them and I am told I have to bring back the french fries as if Iām lying, this is odd. Take them back and immediately receive attitude from every person in the room, there were three people out front. I get told to āquit arguingā when all I said was my order was incorrect and this was the third time it happened. The people working here have serious entitlement and terrible attitudes. A refund should have been given with my correct food but instead I received attitude. Cherryville doesnāt have many places to grab take out but this one will be closed soon based off their incredibly terrible customer service. The food is not good enough to overcome the service. Thought Iād give them another chance and I was dead wrong....

Good morning, I hope that I am sending this message to the owners. last night myself, my mom and my fiance ate at your establishment and normally we have a great experience. However last night was not the case. We had one waitress who assisted us the whole time and when she got us our refills she didn't put any ice in my fiance's drink. then when he asked for more ice it's like she knew that he needed more ice to begin with. we all ordered saladsand my mom ordered the garlic knots. for our entree we all ordered a calzone. by the time we got done eating our salads and garlic knots our food still wasn't out. We decided to take our calzones home because we were so full from the salad and garlic knots. when I got up to the counter to pay which was right at $60 the food still wasn't ready we were there a total of an hour and 10 minutes. I even left a $5 tip for the lady that did wait on us only because i know waitress 's dont...
