Hardee's — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Not a very good first impression and also wasn't treated very well for no reason. Around 6am me and a friend wanted to try this Hardee's because I suggested we go closer to home for some chicken biscuits. Normally I drive so far to get one I like them alot. As I was treating myself and another we were both snapped at and talked to like we were old enemies of the woman working early named Yvette. She acted like we needed to be faster and we had some kind beef between us, even asking how much to pay was rudely snapped back at us. She shouted at us through the drive through speaker. She seems like she is not the person to be working so early due to her attitude. It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, we didn't even sit in the parking lot like we do to eat, we left and will not be returning, I will go some place else, it was too early to be snapped at when we were doing nothing to garner this behavior in return. The chicken was also very dry and over cooked, hard in one end, soggy hash brown coins, coffee was good every thing was barely warm. My friend said to me they felt very unwelcome and their food was over done as well. Worst place ever, Des services horrible. we have to wait a long time and the service sucks why is it teenagers working early in the morning sleep long time getting out soon, I'm going to try it, and if it tastes bad, I'm going to review bomb your place, I'm done with this everytime when I come there, they either don't, have milkshakes, or they feel the milkshake to the top, and it makes me spill it, I will rather prefer, have old people working there, young teenagers working there, cause you're nasty attitude is very rude, and I don't like it, me and my Nana after church had went to that place, and we went to go grab some food. We got some chicken tenders and stuff. And the lady was super snazzy, she didn't, she said, being rude to us, and when I eat the fries, they were super soggy, and didn't even taste good, and they have black music on it. I decided to try the chicken tenders. Counter person had very SULLEN attitude. They should not wait on customers. No greeting, no " may I help you". Did nothing according to training manual I'm sure. Just stared at me until I asked if she was going to help me. I hope she (Ashli) gets proper training and is held accountable for using it!! Leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you patronize a business that acts as if they don't give a $#!t about service!! There is no excuse for this. The 3 most important business items are: PEOPLE,PRODUCT,& PRICE! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO WORK ON "PEOPLE" Additionally, after spending over 30 yrs in customer service I can recognize management "burnout". Because of pandemic and lack of quality employees the morning mgr at this location NEVER appears to be customer friendly.
