I ordered 2 days ago, food was delivered cold, when I ordered today I asked if I should pick up and was told that they had 3 orders for delivery, I said ok and ordered 50$ to be delivered and added a tip in advance. An hour and 10min later I’m arguing with the store that I don’t want to pay for cold food again. The driver was arrogant and said they would take 5 dollars off. No thank you, I asked prior to ordering after my experience 2 days ago, piss poor customer service! Busy or not, check the order history and know who consistently orders from you ! I’ll find a new pizza place, maybe that’s why your spot has been multiple take out places, easily...

I found myself driving to the shore at 8pm, google had taken me off the highway and I was super hungry. I past this place, which seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and I stopped for a quick slice. I was blown away by how great it ended up being: Pizza was fantastic, garlic knots were crisp on the outside and buttery on the inside, even the soda was the perfect temp. The one thing that really stood out was how incredibly clean the place was. You could perform open heart surgery on the countertops, it was that spotless. Ordered Buffalo pizza and pizza fries for pick up. The lady over the phone says 30 minutes of waiting time. Okay, I think this is obviously going to be better than some fast joint pizza. Arrived on time, order was $35, lady offered me a one small can for free. Just wanted to point out that this order was obviously for more than one person, so I didn't take it. Arrived home and have to say this is absolutely worst Buffalo pizza I have ever had a chance to eat. No chicken, no sauce, pizza is flat. For this wait time, cost & final result, I have no further plans...
