Lowery Social Club-Sasser's — Restaurant in Chesnee

Was invited to this place after a few games of cornhole only to be disappointed by the judgmental regulars. It was my first time going and wanted to shoot a game of pool. I also bartend for some folks that go here as well so I figured I’d check it out. I was immediately given attitude for simply asking to play a game after someone was finished playing. Getting side eyed from every other person in the pool area because I wasn’t from there. Once we started playing a ball was jammed. Anyone who’s been to a pool hall knows to shake the table or give it a lift to unjam. I’m 5’2” and by no means able to damage someone’s table nor would I no matter the circumstances. The owner approached me after I lifted the table to unjam and was overly aggressive and rude as if I had just tried to damage his equipment.
