Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Chestnuthill Township

It was busy last night even 5 minutes before closing, but the staff was calm, cool, and collected and we give them 2 thumbs up for taking care of everyone that was there, even though it went past 9pm, their closing time. They deserved tips Galore for the crowd I saw last night, but even more important to mention is that they gave great service and really were kind and nice to talk to, even though they were swamped. They are just great kids working there and the owners picked a great crew of employees to take care of us locals and our never ending Rita's cravings. 😆

Their large size equals medium in VIRGINIA! Very disappointed with the size. Girl put my spoon on the dirty outside counter. I looked at her and clearly she didn’t think this was wrong. I had to ask for a clean spoon. I’m offended. I’m a black customer. The white peoples spoons were not placed on the dirty counter. Never stopping there again. Treat all people with respect. Who dosen't love water ice. This is always a great place to go alone or with the whole family. They have a very large variety of offerings at very reasonable prices. They are in a great location with easy access. The staff is always polite and friendly. I would recommend this...
