Edit 2nd visit: tried it again. Same burrito. Tasted a bit better this time with better textural variety though the filling wasn’t as hot as it could have been. Cashier was very friendly and loved on my dog Hunny with a treat and then bagged another treat. Then they wrote her name on it. Rating went up to a 4 star from a 3for good service and improved food. Went my first time this morning. Service was excellent. I ordered a bacon smothered breakfast burrito for myself and a Chicken Fried Steak burrito to go for my wife. Green chili was pretty good, just spicy enough for me though I like spicy. The insides of the burrito were a bit of a miss though. Pretty mushy. Couldn’t really tell the different texturally between the potatoes and eggs and bacon. Potatoes and bacon need to be crispier and some additional seasoning on the burrito filling would go miles. Presentation was good though. Overall would try again but not so good that I will rush back.

Please read this entire review: I have had better smothered breakfast burritos before, saying that, this breakfast burrito was in a class of its own, every time I eat a smothered breakfast burrito I will always compare it to this one, super delicious. As a super special shout out, the plastic cutlery they provide is by far the best I've ever used, they have a truss built into them that make the burrito super easy to eat with no worry of knife or fork breaking, or having to push too hard and end up cutting through Styrofoam, all in all super glad they are not a national chain so the food can be a nice hometown go to

Working night shift has its own challenges, one of which is finding a place that serves a hearty meal for breakfast. Espi’s is that place. Walked in as soon as the doors opened (6 am) and was greeted by smiles and the fragrance of coffee. At this time of morning I could pick anywhere to sit. My waitress Brooklyn took excellent care of me and was very attentive. The food here is excellent and flavorful. Most try the biscuits and sausage gravy. Will definitely recommend to others at work and anyone that is looking for a good spot for a home cooked style breakfast/supper.

When ordering at the drive thru the girls (all of them) refuse to follow directions. Then make you feel like you’re bothering them! I go at least 2 times a week & they know me & still refuse to make my sons burrito correctly. When asked to make a burrito with just potatoes, cheese & bacon! All of them respond the same way oh so you mean a burrito with no green chili sauce when in fact that’s a burrito with eggs on it & canned green chiles, I don’t want eggs on it or canned green chiles or green chile sauce! So I always respond no thank you! I would like a burrito with just bacon potatoes & cheese & they actually said hey do us a favor & just say a burrito with no green chile! Um No because then you put eggs & little canned green chiles as I’m opening my burrito to check it & it has eggs & canned green Chiles in front of her at the drive thru window! While giving me the wrong change & no receipt! People who pay with cash probably need a receipt for their taxes! I just only ever want a burrito with 3 items what is so hard to understand! I’m the customer! Then I called & asked for the owner who is a friend & he hung up on me ! I will not be ordering nothing from espis ever again! Also waitresses should have good hygiene such as clean clothes hands & especially wash their hair! Yes the green chile is good on some days & other days it has lumps of flour in it or is so watery...

We accidentally rolled into it on our way into Cheyenne and decided to get something anyways. We were immediately greeted kindly and the atmosphere was bright and welcoming. We found a table and the very nice lady who works waitress asked us for drinks and such. Food was affordable, done really fast, and incredibly fresh. My burger was really well made, steaming fresh, and the lettuce wasn't store bought plastic, it was real and fresh; enough to think they had a garden around back. Seating was comfortable and the restaurant was of a bit smaller size but still had plenty of tables, with lots of windows that gave great natural lighting. Only a few minor issues, the sprite has that expected chemically taste you find in most restaurants, but they're not to blame. There wasn't any ketchup or salt and such at the tables , apart from creamer, but the waitress brought anything we asked quickly without any problem. The fries were also a little over salted but they were still incredibly good and notably fresh and crispy. They're options are a mix of classic American diner food as well as some Mexican dishes and foods, such as (supposedly really good) quesadillas. Highly recommend if you're in the area and are craving some...
