Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chichester

Been in New Hampshire my whole life, this is the grosses Dunkin’s I’ve ever been too and I work beside this place. So I’ve been here about 100 times before I HAD to post this for the corporate office to see this. Either put money into this place and pay your workers, or close it. It’s an awful example even for Dunkin’ Donuts. and Constant under staffed leading cars out into the road while making the lowest quality food acceptable in New Hampshire. Like this place duct tape all over the signs the worst quality food and low energy employees not there fault it’s the terrible inder funded atmosphere. ‘Everyone runs away from Dunkin’ you know it’s bad when all 60 employees i work with all go to aroma joes. They’d literally rather 15 year old kids make their beverages there than to interact with this location. And Dunkin is beside us and Aroma joes is 5 miles down the street....

I’m not usually a big Dunkin’ fan, but I had a gift card and we were on a long road trip, so we stopped at this location connected to a gas station. I was hoping to try the new Cookie Dough Frappuccino, but unfortunately, the machine was down.

Although what really made the experience stand out was the cashier’s attitude. She let me know I could still get the cookie dough flavor in an iced coffee instead and made sure it was just the way I liked it. She even asked if I wanted more cream or sugar, which I really appreciated, especially since I’ve had poor experiences at other Dunkin’ spots.

Her professionalism and genuinely helpful attitude made this a 10/10 stop. It turned what could’ve been a disappointing visit into a really positive one. If you’re passing through, this location is definitely...

Horrible!!!!!!! Every time I need to gas up I stop by this Dunkins in the morning, this Dunkins is CONSISTENTLY the slowest, rudest, most inconsistent Dunkins around, except for one older woman the staff is rude and uninterested in there jobs. The one with facial pearcings has got to be the worst of them all, mean, rude, and I have never gotten a order that was correct from this place, I have learned my lesson when this morning it was the pearced woman by herself /, cussing out the "closer". I stood in line for close to 20 min before I had to leave... Without my order.... If I could put a 0 stars I would. Dunkin donuts has gone...
