East Coast — Restaurant in Chickasaw

I always travelled to East Coast to get great Chinese food. I didn't like that they were take out or located where they are but to get GOOD Chinese food I was willing to overlook both those things! Today we ordered my roomie's fave General Tsos and I had some Chicken Teriyaki on a stick with egg drop soup. We both got immediately sick and he spent the next hour in the restroom. It was the WORST food we have ever ate at a Chinese restaurant. How could they go from BEST to worst so fast? Egg rolls no longer big but minis (not even half the size) and hardly anything in them? Chicken on a stick not even cooked in teriyaki sauce but it was put on the side. Chicken overdone and one stick barely had any chicken. They've started cutting corners and it shows. So sad. 1 star is not even correct. It should be 0 stars. I place an order online, got my confirmation email. Said it would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. At 6:30pm, we went to pick it up and they said they didn't receive an order. What's the point in having a website that you can order directly from, and you not freaking check it? Hmm? I want an answer. Horrible place. Don't order from them. They take entirely too long to cook the food, and it should only take about 10-15 minutes to cook the simple things. Used to be hands down the best value and the best food of all Cantonese take out restaurants in the area, Saraland and Mobile included. I'm giving it three stars because ever since the pandemic they have obviously experienced a loss therefore ( I assume because food costs are outrageous) I'm giving it three stars. I highly recommend their Thai menu. Although it too has suffered the harsh blow food cost it is still hands down better than any other you'll find in the area. They're fresh ingredients still astonish me and I know that that three stars will soon...
