Been going here for a few years. It is really hit and miss. Sometimes the Pho from broth to protein to noodle is perfectly on point just add some spice and light herbs. Other times the broth is super weak and needs a ton of additional sauces/herbs with protein tasting off and the noodles tasting just not good. Today phone orders killed our night. The servers are super friendly but spent most of the night on the phone, they got slammed inside after we sat and should have just taken the phone off the hook for 5 minutes to catch up. Instead we ran out of water(not just us asking), Pho additions never came(bean sprouts, lime, thai basil etc ), requested ice cup(cool kiddo Pho) and water ask 2nd time still never came. Again, they were very pleasant. Also the Vietnamese spring rolls were very tasty, but tonight was the worst miss they've had in my time going. I know restaurants are having a hard time and phone orders really help the bottom line but tonight the dine-in was terrible. Only in town dine-in Pho on...
Read moreToo unfortunate that their food is disgusting. Customer service and atmosphere was moderate but food is definitely below restaurant level. I wish I took a photo before I threw it away just for proof. The egg rolls looked as if they were microwaved because they weren’t even crispy. Instead, the eggroll wrap was moist and formed some type of air bubbles. The spring rolls I ordered came with expired peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was bubbly, tasted, and smelt sour. The shrimp that came in the spring rolls were super dried as if they were left out all morning. I threw my food away and didn’t even bat an eye. I’m upset that I paid $10 for such terrible food which has nearly expired. I haven’t tried their pho but honestly I wouldn’t want to try it considering how bad their...
Read moreI've been coming here since they opened. Food is always consistently good. Always met with a smile and quick service. Never disappointed. Sometimes during dinner rush as the restauraunt grows incresingly more and more popular it can be at times distractingly crowded. But the crowds are easy to avoid with a little pre-planning. Since this establishments first opening, other Pho restaurants have sprung up in various places, and a lot of the already existing asian food restaraunts have started serving Pho. I like Pho C&C because they serve a whole Vietnamese menu, not just the popular soup phenomenon. Grilled chicken or beef with char broiled shrimp over vermacelli noodles is one of my all...
