Diamond S Diner — Restaurant in China

We had a call in order was told wait 20 minutes after we arrived we were told it would be about 2 more minutes which turned into 10 more minutes we arrived home to eat and our whole order was wrong my fiance called to tell them our order was wrong and incomplete and the owner/ manager called us back and suggested we was making it up so we could get free food my fiance explained we bag everything back up as soon as we realized it was wrong I went into the diner and as to speak to the man who called I was told he wasn't even there and they hadn't even started making our order right. I insisted the cashier call him I ask him about suggesting they we made it up so we could eat for free his reply was it happens all the time people with big orders keep the food and want it redone...China isn't that big to were it should happen all the time..I will not eat there again after paying $30 for 2 of us to eat plus a $8.00 tip...NO I DON'T WANT FREE FOOD I WANT MY ORDER RIGHT...

Service was not that great. There was 2 other people on there when we sat and they had there food, we ordered simple shrimp a piece of fish and fries, and a shrimp po boy and fries. That took close to 40 mins to finally get. People came in sat down ordered got there food ate and left before we finally got ours. We ended up having to take ours to go. When i got to work and my wife got home we saw what we had and it was ridiculous. I had about 7 little shrimp on my sandwich but was packed with lettuce and barely a half a palm full of fries and my wife's had about half a hand full of both fries and shrimp. If this is the normal portion sizes its definitely...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in a little over an hour before they close for pizza and was told they can't make pizza because it was too close to closing so I ordered a patty melt, BLT and a kids grilled cheese. The kids meal was $6, no fries or drink apparently, just bread and 1 slice of cheese for $6!? My patty melt only had 2 little onions on it and the burger was dry! The BLT was the only thing decent. We waited 30 mins for food. Will...
