Encore Donuts & Bagels Cafe — Restaurant in Chino Valley

Would be a 5 star rating...... if the owner were more friendly and didn't interrupt me while ordering, and.... A BTL is just that....Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato (this ISN'T rocket science) I checked the BLT at the window and she ended up omitting the TOMATO and substited with onion? So I gave it back to her, in which, she took off MOST of the oion and slapped on a few tomatoes. REALLLLLYYY?!?!?! AND THEN......STUPID ME...I didn't check all 4 sandwiches. We got home and she messed up the WHOLE entire order!!!!

I called to tell them the HORRIBLE mistake that the OWNER made, and to which she (one of the emoloyees) said she would pass along the information but the owner would mostly like NOT listen to her. This employee offered to REmake the sandwiches but I'm certainly NOT going to waste MY TIME nor MY GAS on the owners ineptitude! Besides that, we were all HUNGRY! I'm not sure how the reviews for this place are so high. The person behind the counter was very rude from the beginning. It started with me ordering something that was ON THEIR MENU in store, and her looking at me like I was stupid for ordering it. I repeat myself at point at the menu where it is and she rudely says "you can't have that what else do you want" so I tell her my order and my boyfriend tells her his. I ended up getting a milk tea with black Boba and he got a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The doughnut looked like maybe it was squished because it was so flat and there was almost no Boston cream in my Boston cream doughnut. The Boba tasted and had the texture of day old Boba it was so hard and rubbery. His croissant was stale and also somehow so thin. It's worth the extra drive to us to just go to Prescott and go to Bosa. The other customers were nicer than the worker, and that's coming from someone who understands how hard customer...

Do not order food here. They are equipped to serve only what you see already made in front of you. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for 2 panini sandwiches, only to receive paninis we did not order. The staff is nice and constantly reassured us that our order would be out soon but an hour and 15 minutes later we finally received mushroom and onion paninis instead of the bacon sausage ones we had ordered.
