My husband and I went to this place on a recommendation of someone we knew. When we went it was not busy. I looked up the menu ahead of time on your website. We knew what we wanted to order ahead of time. We ordered the fried cod. On your online menu it states that dinners come with two sides and bread. I forgot to look carefully at the printed menu to see if it stated that dinners come with bread. I assumed it did because the online menu did. I was looking forward to having bread with my meal. The waitress comes with our food and there was not any bread. I asked her about the bread and she stated it does not come with bread. She offered to get me bread but I did not know if that was an extra charge or if I was getting something that should not come with the meal. So I turned it down. I was embarrassed. My husband thought the fish had too much salt on it. In other restaurants when the meals come with bread the waitress brings you drinks then give you a basket with bread in it and later gives you your meal. You should not have to ask for the bread. If bread comes with the dinners tell your waitresses to bring out the bread so the customers do not have to ask for it. If it does not come with bread please edit your online menu that states bread comes with the dinners. I felt cheated out of a part of my dinner. When It was time to pay the bill she gave us the receipt and there was one that my husband had to sign and give back. She did not wait for him to sign it. The food is absolutely amazing! The reason for only 3 stars is that there seems to be an issue with timing and reading a slip in the kitchen. Ordered a burger and it was not supposed to have cheese. It came out with cheese, the server was informed, and told that I could not have cheese. She took it back, and it came back out with still have bits of melted cheese all over it. So instead of them remaking the burger, which is the proper way for them to fix their mistake, they tried to pass it off and risk making me very sick. Pretty bad my wife had to go to the extreme of completely smashing the burger with her hand to make sure they made a whole new one instead of trying to pass off another attempt at the same one. It finally came out a third time, this time, it was correct except missing the barbecue sauce, but as I said, the burger itself was truly amazing!! The problem was, I've now received a burger 3 times, and my kids and wife have yet to receive their wraps or flatbread pizza yet. We came here for dinner. They said right when we sat down it was going to be awhile for food, no big deal. There were 6 of us so we understood. When we ordered they were out of things, again no big deal. After about 20 or so minutes the waitress came out and informed me they were out of what I order. I had a backup order ready to go (I was contemplating between 2 things anyways). Another 30 minutes goes by and she comes out and tells the other person I was with they were out of his order as well (after she already brought 3 orders out). Our food came out sporadic and everyone ate at different times. Everyone was done eating and my food was still not out.
