Xlerator Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Chippewa Township

We visited this place today and my son with a walker, because he recently broke his leg, had to climb down stairs to even get into the restaurant because the only handicapped entrance is locked all the time. After we arrived the waitress came to take our drink order and brought 2 sodas when I stopped her and told her we were not interested in eating here after I reviewed the menu. She insisted that they could make something I liked and left to get the other 2 drinks. We sat a minute or two discussing where else to go. We ultimately decided to leave even before the other 2 drinks showed up. We left a cell phone by mistake and when we returned to get it they refused to give it back unless we paid almost 9 dollars for the drinks that we never drank. I called the police and ultimately paid the bill because they wanted to press charges over FOUNTAIN DRINKS we never touched!!! I will never return and to top it off the off duty bartender started texting me and threatening me. UPDATE: The bartender/owner is still proceeding to send me death threats and threatening messages! She is recruiting her friends to attack me and my family. UPDATE: After seeing my review she attacked my business and made up some lies to help: HER REVIEW OF MY ONLINE BUSINESS! They use their son with disabilities to try to get hand outs and free stuff. They harass people. The lady was so crazy over day and I had over heard her say she was "out of dope". Not good...

There was a party and a band tonight but they were woefully unprepared and unorganized for a crowd of any size. Having booked both events, one would think the staffing would be set to match the expected crowd. We arrived well before the band but had to cancel our food order after 90 min of waiting for it to arrive, we were going to miss the show. The food we did receive (an app of zucchini) was lackluster. I realize it was busy and understaffed but those that were working were not doing a good job....

We found this bar looking for a another bar, and was pleasently surprised! The bartender was awesome! Very Friendly and went out of her way for us! The cook had a family emergency and they weren't serving food till later, but she went out her way to make us food because we hadn't eaten all day! Would definitely recommend and will...
