Redfork — Restaurant in Choctaw

We came here around 845 and were told the cook was on break and it would be 10 min. But while the cook was on break people were coming up and placing orders at the counter. Asked again and was told it would be another 10. When we came in there were two couples already here and then a family came in, the family that came in last got drinks right away and we were still waiting. Like no one acknowledged that we were here. The girl got our order and not the couples that were already here. It never used to be like this. I’m not sure if it was the cook who came out to socialize and have family time but we’re have been sitting for 40min now and they put the closed sign up again. Can’t put a star for food because we haven’t gotten it yet. I think if your cook is backed up or doesn’t have help you should stop the take out orders and focus on the customers in the restaurant. And now we have a receipt for our dinner that we haven’t got yet??? Update just got food and our salads...

I eat here fairly often since I work nearby and absolutely love it! Everyone is really friendly there, too. I'd also go so far as to say they have the best sweet tea.

Redfork has two menus - a regular menu and an Asian menu - so some days you'll go in but they won't have their Asian menu cook and Asian won't be available, or you can tell the difference between cooks based on how the noodles are made.

The lack of consistency there is the reason I considered giving 4 stars. While they have some absolutely amazing food, consistency does tend to be lacking which may be due to employment struggles. Some things have a higher price than the amount of food you get, while other prices are low for a large amount of food (which is great).

Because of how often I eat there I do dine in and take out, lunch and dinner, and spend anywhere from $5-30 on myself if I'm very hungry or want to do multiple courses plus a desert.

We eat here very often they have not had Asian in over a month. way over priced. Half the time they don't listen to what your're actually ordering. So your order is not what you wanted. Or when you get your order it is over cooked. Fried Items are supposed to be a Golden color not dark brown. Food items have not been available. I get sometimes not being able to get things on truck but here recently kinda makes me think someone is not ordering right. Or your just told that cause they don't want to make it. $11.50 just for a plain Jane chicken sandwich with no side is ridiculous. Someone should either run the kitchen right or they should find someone better to run it. I could get it if they were a fancy restaurant with Gourmet food but they are not.
