Opie's — Restaurant in Chrisney

We went to Opie's last night, and when we walked in, it was busy. We looked for seating and didn't see any available, so we waited. Then maybe 5 mins later, someone left, and two younger ladies cleaned the stuff off of the table but didn't wipe it down yet. I asked if we could sit there or if there was a wait because they weren't telling me it was available. They said yes, we could. We sat down. Then two other tables cleared, and others sat down, and the younger ladies asked their drink orders and brought them menus while we still had nothing. We really love Opies pizza, and their Strombolis are the best in the tri-state area in my opinion. They are priced really great for the quality and quantity of food you get. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very nice for small town of Chrisney. My only one complaint is they will not answer their phone once they get busy, but they don't turn it off either. So you don't know if you should keep calling or just give up. One time I almost didn't place my order because no one was answering and then finally someone did. If they can't get to the phone then have it completely shut down so we know that they are to busy to take orders. But other than that, it is a really great...

Opie's was great! We went during the lunch hour, and they were pretty busy, but we were able to find a seat right away, and our orders were taken quickly and the waitress was friendly and efficient. The food arrived quickly as well, and it was delicious! I had a side salad with my meal, and I believe next time I might order a chef salad, the veggies were SO cold, fresh, and delicious! I ordered the naked wings, and they were really good too! It seems like they were actually cooked on a real grill, I could see the grill marks and they had that wonderful smokey grill taste.
