Hollywood Market & Giant Pizza — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Ordered online through their website posted on Google maps. It said that it was "non contact delivery" only. We waited for an hour and still nothing. I decided to call and they asked for my number and I told them I ordered online and they said my order was ready, but it's pick up only. Being a place nearby, I drove there. They said that the internet orders were not going through. I told them that I had a confirmation number and everything. They said there was nothing they could do. I could only wait for the pizza to be made right then and there. I declined and told them I would check my account to see if it was charged. I ordered a meat lovers with bacon a 12” over the phone and the service was great. I got to the location and it was located in a store so it was a little confusing finding where to go to pick up the pizza. It was about 17ish for everything including taxes and it smelled amazing. Overall the pizza was good, the crust does taste a little burnt and I get a taste of something wineish which might just be the ingredients but it is a bit overpowering. I wouldn’t even give it a one star if I had a choice. The ladies and guy who works there are the biggest idiots of my life and rudest people who work there. I was getting a beer with my husband and she asked for both ID’s when I was paying and he got some chips. Then the lady charged me twice on my card but said she “didn’t” when my bank statement said different. Last time, she wouldn’t sell my friend beer because the lady didn’t know how to read an ID.
