I have had several wrong orders over the past few months but out of good faith kept giving them a second and even third chance, that was my mistake. First of all, if your order is wrong they will not correct it for you, just offer you a free pizza credit (but it takes 48 hours to go into your account to use). Tonight, I ordered two pizzas, one specifically without onions. Sure enough, halfway through my slice I noticed something was wrong and it was LOADED with onions, almost double regula . I called the store and they were extremely difficult to deal with. Once again, offering me a free pizza but didn't want to make the order correct. I asked if I could have the pizza I ordered instead of a credit and was immediately given attitude. Eventually, we agreed I would be given my correct pizza tonight but they argued that I should come pick it up. Tell me why I paid almost $4 for delivery if I have to drive to the store and get my pizza? So I'm sitting here almost an HOUR later waiting on my original order. At least my kids pizza was correct so they could eat dinner on time. And now I'm probably not going to eat it anyways because they gave me such attitude about it they'll probably do something gross to it. Terrible terrible terrible!!! WOULD NEVER...
Read morePlaced a pickup order through the mobile app, received the notification that it was ready for pickup, got to the store and they had no idea where it was. We sat there for ONE HOUR waiting, after being told repeatedly it was"coming right up." Keep in mind, the app told me an hour earlier it was ready. Plus, it was only two orders of stuffed cheesy bread, so not that complicated, right? But when I finally looked back in the kitchen, half the staff of 10 were playing on their phones and staring at me waiting, while maybe 3-4 others worked their butts off. I wasn't the only one this was happening to that night, and it's my second bad experience here, but by far the worst anywhere. I finally left without the bread, and never received a call from the store either. I believe this Domino's Pizza is manipulating the automated ordering system to meet its requirements from pickups and deliveries, to show they're timely, when in reality they need new staff and management to produce a better more accurate product before it shuts them down. Read moreThe food is great, however the service is what sticks out to my mind the most. We ordered, I called and spoke to Sarah. She was the only one working the kitchen. She was super friendly and happy to accommodate my wife's request of cooking the wings extra. When I arrived she advised me to take a look, they needed longer. She put them through again. Her demeanor is very pleasant. She didn't roll the eyes, huff or sigh. She was friendly as can be and suggested she could send them through again. Her customer service is impeccable, she is nice, very polite and she really went above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our food, even though she was the only one working the kitchen. I tried to leave a review on the app but it doesn't believe I've received my food yet so I came here to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. She earned her tip and then more honestly. The food was all fresh and delicious. This Domino's never disappoints us. We are regular customers and tonight Sarah made us feel even better about our decision to eat from Domino's.
