Tucked away in the lush hills of cidra, Aldeana is more than just a restaurant—it’s a complete dining experience that masterfully combines Puerto Rican flavors, impeccable service, and a charming rustic-elegant ambiance. From the moment you arrive, the warm glow of string lights and the gentle melodies of live music set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The outdoor seating area is a highlight, offering a serene atmosphere where you can enjoy the cool mountain breeze and the restaurant’s beautifully landscaped surroundings. Whether you’re there for a romantic date or a gathering with friends, the ambiance strikes a perfect balance between casual and sophisticated. Aldeana offers a thoughtfully curated 5-6 course Puerto Rican-themed menu that is a celebration of local flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each course showcases the chef’s creativity and dedication to preserving the essence of Puerto Rican cuisine while adding a modern twist. From succulent seafood dishes to bold and flavorful mofongos, every bite tells a story of tradition and innovation. The wine selection and cocktails are equally impressive. Their knowledgeable staff can recommend the perfect pairing to enhance your meal, whether it’s a robust red wine or a refreshing cocktail crafted with local fruits and spirits. Parking is never an issue, as the establishment boasts a spacious parking area that ensures convenience for all guests. Whether you’re a couple seeking an intimate dining experience or a group celebrating a special occasion, Aldeana caters to all with its attentive service and inviting atmosphere. The live music is the perfect backdrop, adding to the vibrant yet relaxed energy of the place. In short, Aldeana is a must-visit destination in Cidra, blending rustic charm with modern elegance. With its exceptional food, delightful drinks, and enchanting ambiance, this hidden gem promises a dining experience that lingers long after the last bite. Don’t miss the chance to savor the best of Puerto Rico in a setting that feels both like home and a luxurious escape.

We paid $90 per head. Going inside, they gave each of us a bite size of appetizer and it's so good. We arrived 12 and started the 1st meal around 1:30pm They gave us olives and other veggies around 12:30pm. The first meal is okay, it's not bad but we just really expected something better most especially after waiting for a long time. The 2nd one is kinda salty for me, I did my best to finish it, it's the pasta with octopus. My friend's pasta has a live worm in it's greens at the top. Like they just harvest the cilantro. The 3rd one is a slice of bread with a cream and seeds on the side, it taste good however not the best choice to feel the worth of what we paid for. Maybe something else to cleanse the palate is better. The 4th is cochinillo which I just had a bite. I was expecting the skin to be crunchy and crispy but it looks like a sad brownie. The dessert, which is the cheesecake is good, there's nothing special. All in all, the experience is good but not worth the price.

¡Excelente experiencia culinaria! Front of the house and back of the house works with a flow that seems effortless. Attention to detail at all times and most importantly very hospitable. The food was FLAWLESS. The layers of flavors where rich, yet subtle. I was blown away with the airiness of the house made ricotta and the Rib-Eye plate. The amuse-bouche felt like an explosion of flavors and textures. Simply delicious! Can't wait to see what other menus and creations you come up with. Much more to be seen. I know it! @rmarichal @raulcorreapr @chefecuajei y gracias a Chef Giovanni Ventura por recibirnos
