Mexican Grill Wings and things — Restaurant in Cincinnati

The only good thing about this place is the big portion sizes. I’ve tried this place on 3 seperate occasions and have tried the chili cheese fries, chicken bowl, and chicken burrito.

Fries weren’t cooked all the way through and cold in the middle. Chicken bowls are large but the most bland “Mexican” thing I’ve ever had and ratios are way off. It’s basically all rice with a copious amount of sour cream and cheese. Definitely cries for acidity and heat. No hot sauce is even on it despite being in the description. The chicken though is actually good and a fair amount of it. Has great potential… the chicken burrito was huge and basically the bowl just in burrito form.

Atmosphere… unwelcoming and makes you want to leave ASAP. Idk if you could pay me to eat here and I think they want it that way.

Service? ATROCIOUS. They don’t know an ounce of English or at least pretend not too. Food is never ready when you order ahead… the second time I was there they were all confused about my order. And then continued to laugh at me as they made my food, for like a solid 10 minutes and as I walked out. It was supposed to be done when I got there. The last time I was there I asked if they had any forks… blank stares… I asked again with a fork to mouth gesture and they said “no”. HOW IS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO EAT A BOWL WITHOUT A FORK.

Service is absolutely terrible! I ordered from this restaurant off uber eats and they had a bunch of items for buy one get one free .. July the 20th at 3am i guess the restaurant was actually closed but on uber eats it said they were opened so i cancelled my order .. My total of cancellation for the order was $29.95 .. I never recieved my money back and that day they doubled the price to $37 !!!!

Today it is JULY THE 28TH this restaurant scammed me AND SWIPED MY CARD AGAIN for 29.95$!!! AND I AM HIGHLY UPSET.. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND THE GUY ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH AND HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! this restaurant is an complete SCAM , please save your time and MONEY their business needs to be shut down and im honestly thinking about suing!! the workers sexual harrass OTHER WOMEN in exchange they give them discounts for food! this place is disgraceful...

Ordered here on Friday July 4th. 8am. Thru door dash 2 for 1 chicken bowl. I've ordered here from here before, pretty decent but at times hit or miss when it comes to following directions to the ingredients I want in my bowl. This recent order portion was the best I've had. But the sauce was extremely hot, mind you I asked for mild. Also Ive had extreme stomach pains all day along with the need to release bowels several times. It was horrible, the pain I felt. It's now Saturday 311 am I still am having excessive bowl movements. Don't know what's in the food now, may be rotten or expired ingredients. I see another review from 3 weeks ago with the same issues as I and significant other have been experiencing for almost 24 hours since eating the food. Don't think I will...
