Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Unfortunately this location use to be my go to location when I lived in the area 20 yrs ago, I went to this location out of sheer hunger and it being right across from thortans gas station , was visiting family for the holidays. It was so disappointing to see the area has gotten so unsafe , dirty , packs of roaming wild kids and the service really lousy , I could hardly understand what the guy was saying , not because of the speaker , it was due to the worker in the drivethrue speaking so trashy /Ghetto Rapper like speech that he didn't annunciate any words correctly. I have no problem with listening to music and I usually like most music on the radio, when I made it to the window I realized this guy has his phone playing music right next to the window and the register. It's unprofessional, he looked gritty with bad teeth and hygiene, it was an all around bad experience. I almost forgot when I made it to the families house, I open one single taco and it had 6 shreds of cheese on it! 6 little shreds of cheese so I called them and asked for a manager , I heard the worker yell out for the manager then the manager says "WHO IS IT?!" The one who answered said , " It sound like Dat white man was here like ten minutes ago" I gotta say, hearing that then hearing the attitude in the managers voice, I knew this was boy going to be a honest mistake, it was done purposely. Sure enough in the conversation he made it clear that I was not getting any of the order fixed and he even debated with me that 6 slivers of cheese is what goes on tacos! He said they weigh the ingredients and each taco suppose to get a specific weight of cheese . I got off the phone , the conversation and information was ridiculous. It still gets worse! A little over an hour later another family member got off the northbound highway cutting down NORTHBEND rd the same way I took and She grabbed Taco Bell , same exact location and only an hour later, walks in bag in hand an we all said ( you're going to be disappointed!) she opens it and her tacos had full greesy bottom where the shell was soft from so much grease and it disenigrated when opening, she had to turn it side ways and try to eat it like a sandwich to keep the contents inside the two half shells. I Don't recommend! I'm Never going back! I'm shocked that place stays open! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!...

We didn't know at the time, but we had just got to this location about 5 minutes before close. We had a larger order to put that into perspective. We had 8 people with us and ordered about 65+ dollars worth of food . At the time, we didn't know they were closing at 1 am . We probably would have never pulled into a restraunt with that many people so close to closing. But these workers were awesome. There was no hesitation or attitude that we just hit them with such a larger order at closing. The lady at the window/ order taker was great. She was kind and rang everything in correctly . She was patient with our large order. We were asked to pull around in front of the doors while we waited for our food to be up !! It wasn't long before we had our food . The employee who brought out the food also had a great positive attitude!! They were friendly with us and made it known that if anything isn't right, just let them know, and they will get it fixed. We were missing a couple of items, nothing crazy . I knocked on the door but they were working and could really hear. We pulled through the drive thru and knocked on the window. The same employee came over greater us with a big smile and helped us. There wasn't any frustration or attitude given with that either. They happily made our food with such a positive attitude!!! Let me stress how refreshing it is to visit a restraunt in the later hours and still receive great service !!! Employees tend to check out about an hour before close, and you almost always receive worse service because of this, but that was not the case at this store !!! Second time going through the drive through at 10PM (both recent experience) after a 12 hour shift whole staff outside (group of young boys) smoking on the other side of the lot as customers are coming through drive through. I was very patient but after being asked to pull forward after paying for my order(already sat for 5,6 minutes so they could finish break) and order was brought out but had to be returned because incorrect, after parking I then was told the vanilla cream was out for the orange creame freeze I ordered. Ordered a number 9 regular tacos I got supreme with sour cream and tomatoes (specifically asked not to be made with either) special instructions were given to my quesadillas, wasn’t followed and so Wrong size beverages /subs. Literally a mess. Boy at window was irritated I was correcting the order to avoid non sense I asked for a manager I was told wasn’t one available. Exhausted trying to avoid problems took the order anyways. Terrible location don’t recommend late at night...
