A New Hope for Breakfast Lovers!

If you haven’t been to New Hope Mills, you’re missing out on what might just be the most delicious breakfast experience this side of the galaxy! The pancakes are so fluffy, they practically float off the plate. I’m pretty sure they’re made with magic, love, and a sprinkle of fairy dust. Seriously, I tried to cut one with a fork and it almost floated away.

The bacon? Perfectly crispy without the guilt of being too crispy (it’s a delicate balance). And don’t even get me started on the maple syrup – it’s like the nectar of the breakfast gods. I’m convinced it could fix any problem in the world, from bad hair days to political debates.

The staff is friendly, the coffee flows like a river of warmth and energy, and the atmosphere is cozy enough to make you feel like you’re eating at your grandma’s house, minus the “don’t eat too much” nagging.

In conclusion, if you’re a breakfast enthusiast, do yourself a favor and go to New Hope Mills. You’ll leave full, happy, and possibly with a few extra pancakes stuffed in your pockets (I mean, who’s judging?).

10/10 – Would eat my weight in...

After dining at three other diners in this town that I wouldn’t recommend based on the quality of food I came across this one and was so very pleased I ordered twice take out both times the guy that took my order over the phone was very nice when I came in to pick up the order however the young ladies did not greet me or make any eye contact to help me I was the only one in line so after a while of standing there I told a man that had come up to the counter I was there for a pick up order then the girl went and found it and gave it to me I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs that came with toast and I ordered a side of grits the food was absolutely delicious everything cooked to perfection just how I like especially the grits only thing is I like my home fries with onions and these were a lil on the dry side but seasoned perfectly food was delicious both times and the set up was a cute country styled theme I will be back for lunch at some point and I’ll recommend this...

We had high hopes for breakfast at a place that specializes in breakfast foods! Their pancake and waffle mix has been my favorite for years, so I was really looking forward to this visit. There were about 8 tables and we took the last seats, so it was busy given the size of the front dining room. Not sure if there is additional seating elsewhere. There were employees everywhere… there were at least 6 ladies huddled in the service pantry off to the side. Our waitress seemed frazzled as she flurried about, but I’m not sure what the other employees were doing. There was a lot of aimless walking around. The food was alright, but definitely not great. My sweet potato waffle was really soft and kinda soggy (without syrup). My boyfriend’s corned beef hash was also mush… definitely not homemade. He didn’t even finish it, which is unusual for him! Our toast showed up 3/4 of the way through the meal. It was an overall disappointing experience which...

My wife found New Hope Mills Cafe & Store on Google Maps while looking for a lunch spot on the way to the Finger Lakes Outlets. The restaurant itself had a really appealing rustic look due to it being a converted mill from the 1800s. Our waitress, a middle-aged woman, seemed to be annoyed with us from the get-go. She gave the impression of someone who really wanted to be somewhere else. However, she seemed chatty enough with some of the regulars. Our food was tasty, but my home fries were cold. It made me wonder if our waitress just left it sitting there a while. I asked for some new potatoes. The waitress said "sure" like I was being difficult. She did bring us some more fries, but never asked how the food was or refill my coffee even once. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip. My wife, who is Chinese, wondered if perhaps she was racist. Who knows. Anyway, I wouldn't rule out New Hope Mills Cafe & Store in the future just because of one negative experience.
