Scoops — Restaurant in City of Fulton

Brought my seven year old daughter to Scoops for ice cream last week in the evening as we have always enjoyed their ice cream and frequent there often. I am not one to complain, however, we will never be back due to the rude and unprofessional behavior by the staff. When we arrived, there was no line and waited at the window to order our ice cream for five minutes as there were multiple girls working and completely ignored us. They were messing around, SWEARING at the top of their lungs and gossiping about other girls. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE for my daughter to hear and witness at an ice cream stand. Once we were finally acknowledged, a very rude employee (didn't get her name but she had reddish/brown hair and glasses) took our order and again, we waited for what seemed like ten minutes as we watched her make our ice creams while still gossiping and swearing in front of my daughter. I asked to speak to a manager and this same rude employee told me that one was not available. I was not going to leave a review but I am still upset by this experience and I will never be back or bring my daughter to an establishment that employs such rude teenage girls. We visit here for ice cream a lot and had a order today made wrong. I understand mistakes but didn’t know where to return the item. I ordered at the drive through and I thought I better go get in line again at the front of the stand to expedite this. Unfortunately the girl was very unapologetic and asked me if I ordered this???? Um no that’s why I just waited in a long line to tell you it was wrong. I am allergic to nuts and wanted to know what I just had a bite of. A little soft tone or an apology would of been great. Just reminding people that we ask for specifics sometimes because we know what we can or cannot eat. Thanks for helping them understand better...

Very disappointed I went through the drive thru last night around 930 to 940 pm got 2 banana splits they messed up the all chocolate ice cream for one and I paid strawberries for both no strawberries in either one asked hard ice cream for both got soft ice cream I called to tell about the mistakes and wasn't valued as a paid customer it was just brushed off like no big deal I spent 15 dollars And told them because of their comments I probably won't be back didn't matter to them when I should have been offered 2 free banana splits made right Kathy's Cakes has better service by far I'll start giving them my business...
