My experience with this company was a disaster. First off, my girlfriend and I were assured multiple times when we signed up that we wouldn't be charged a dime until an entire day after our first order arrived at our door, yet we were charged over $100 overnight despite not ordering a thing at all. We never made an order and were charged, and we were charged the night we signed up, 3 DAYS before the order arrived and 4 DAYS before they were supposed to charge us for the order that we actually didn't even make. But whatever. So I called their "customer care" team and sat on with one of them for about 20 minutes being ignored and put on hold, and then offered a partial discount on the order-the order I didn't ask for because it was supposedly already being shipped. Then she feeds me this nonsense about how I must have misunderstood about being charged(I didnt, I read the website's faq and it says they NEVER charge until noon the day after the order ARRIVES). They lied to try to keep my money that they stole. I didn't get anywhere until after calling a second time, when I finally got my refund. But apparently the false advertising just wasn't awful enough, there just had to be more. This $115 order that I supposedly made arrived yesterday. It's a huge, nearly empty box with a bunch of smashed apples and peaches rolling around in it. There's juice and stains all over. There's also a totally crushed plastic thing of cherry tomatoes, some of which were also rolling around the the bottom or just squished. There was also 4 potatoes, which weren't in awful shape. Then there was a smashed plastic thing of blueberries with juice dripping out of the bottom under the potatoes. This is ten bucks worth of groceries that look like they were tossed in this huge box and thrown at a wall. No partitions, no packing, literally just a bunch of fruit rolling around in this giant box. They tried to take 115 dollars from me for this. Either this company is a total disgrace or it's a scam. I'm betting it's a scam, considering they lied about how they charged members, charged me for an order I didn't make, and then sent what looks like a prank box full of smashed and leaking fruit that wouldn't even be close to worth $115 if it was in perfect shape. I'm not kidding when I say ten bucks worth of fruit. There's 4 potatoes, 2 apples, 4 peaches, the blueberries, the cherry tomatoes, and six cucumbers(?) or zucchini or something; I cant tell anymore because they're brown and smashed. The only intact thing in this order was 3 of the 4 potatoes, which you can bet I'm not gonna touch because who knows what else could be wrong with this trash. I'd hate to get food poisoning or something on top of all this.

TL;DR: Company stole $115 from me and then lied about it and then sent an "order" of literal leaking trash in a half empty box. Absolutely disgusting.
