Once you've lived in Philadelphia, all other sub/hero/hoagie-type sandwiches pale in comparison. I really wanted to like it here; went way out of my way to go, but I won't be going back. The staff was great, and I can see that they take pride in what they do. But without good bread, you just can't have a good sub.
