Subway — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Very disappointed with this particular SUBWAY, on Lyell Rd., Rochester. First, it's dinner time, and only one person taking the orders, making sandwiches, and ringing out the customers. There were 6 customers in line, the lady at the counter placing her order, was told sorry, we are out of that..(no, I do not know what she ordered). I then asked, do you have meatballs, roast beef, ham, turkey, ALL with the reply NO! I have NEVER been to a Subway, and they were out of so many things. I commend the gentleman for trying and doing his very best, to satisfy all. I blame management for not putting enough employees on duty during dinner hour. AND, PLEASE at least put a note on the display cabinet (where the food is kept) or the front door, stating your out of certain items.. I honestly do hope my next visit is a better...

This has been the 4th tike I wanted to order from the lyell ave location before 8pm and have not been able to get what we desired. It's really sad that the internet says one thing about work hours. But yet the stores aren't open that late. Even calling to make sure we get no response, or someone answers and says they are making orders anymore almost 45 mins before listed closing hour. Don't ever answer their phone. Called to cancel an order placed on app and they didn't answer the first 3 time I called. Got ahold of them finally the fourth time and they said i couldn't cancel because they already made it. They wouldn't have made it if they answered the first time I called.
