I had the absolute worst experience here ever.Will Never support this subway again unless they take action to the manger or she so call herself the district manger that doesn’t show respect to others. When I check out to pay I used a gift card and it declined because she hit debit and did see my card but she did not ask me what I’m using. So I waited she roller her eyes at me looking like I’m stupid I thought the system was taking longer than it should so I waited and she say something about it didn’t go thur I didn’t hear here clearly. So I didn’t slide the card again she raise her voice at me got me hot so I raise my voice back. I was waiting for the transaction to go thur She got mad rasing her voice telling me to leaving and refused to sell me the food and just told me to get out so I did.She was incredibly rude to the customer before me too he was asking for more stuff to buy so she was smart mouthing to the guy because it seems like she didn’t want to do it but is that why she gets pay to do her job.After that I look up on here of all the reviews I see why other complain about this subway because of this person. I ordered online because I had my young son with me and my other teenage son at home waiting. Figured it would be easier to just run in and grab our food and go. Not the case. I got there 5 mins after the time my food was supposed to be ready. It wasn't made. Had to wait an extra 10 mins for food to be made. I live less than 5 mins from the store. My toasted steak sub was cold. No way they let it toast long enough. Can't really reheat because of lettuce and mayo on sub. So I just wasted money and time for nothing. Should have just went next door to burger king🤦🤦 ask guy at store for a number I could call, was told to call another store.
