McDonald's — Restaurant in Clarinda

This is possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. I went to the counter and asked for a plain Big Mac. The girl at the counter gave me a blank stare for about 5 seconds. She then replied, "What"? I repeated my order, and even said it a third time for emphasis. She pushed the buttons at the cash register, charged me, gave me my food, and I left. When I got home, I hurriedly opened my burger, as I didn't have much time to eat. When I opened the paper, I made sure to check the burger, because this McDonalds ALWAYS messes up my order. Not surprisingly, I look at the burger and see every topping imaginable, despite my repeated requests for a plain burger. I had to hurry back to McDonald's on my dwindling time schedule. I also forgot to mention that when I ordered, my 2 family members and I were LITERALLY the ONLY ONES IN THE RESTAURANT. When I did finally manage to get the right burger, it was disgusting and bland. The french fries were saturated with grease, to the point they actually dripped. The soda was tasteless and seemed watered down. The bathrooms had been neglected, and had a thick layer of grime on everything. The employees themselves seemed crusty, and had no apparent regard for...

I'm always having location. Half fries, old fries. Loogies in my McChicken mayo. Taking my coffee behind the drive thru window for conveniently just a second. Old meat and eggs. Today I just waited 8 minutes in the curbside pickup for a large iced coffee. Then when they were empty and they vanished from the window, where I could've seen them make it, I pulled up to the drive-thru window where I waited another 6 minutes at a vacated drive thru window. My coffee was already made and once again conveniently out of view from the drive thru. Also, there's no coffee in it it's mostly just creamer. The owner doesn't do refunds for the app and likes to tell you you're wrong and his staff is perfect. I had to dump my purchase ONCE AGAIN. I've probably wasted somewhere around $30 worth of food here. Really a...

I came in to place a big (but not horribly big) order. (I did not use the drive thru because that would be rude.) I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier just gave me a look telling me "they're not gonna like that" I did reply that it didn't need to be rushed I can pay now and come back in a few minutes to pick up. One of the managers told me it's awesome I chose them for my business and thanked me. The cashier rolled his eyes. I went and ran my other errand came back in about 10 mins.
