We ordered two meals. I got a gigantic 1/2 pound bison burger. I could only eat half and some of the fries. When I ordered I thought it would be the 1/2 pound plus a couple slices of ham and bacon but instead I got the sandwich photographed 🙃 it was delicious! Fries were perfectly crisp. Als we also ordered the whitefish. No complaints from that department but I’d say he isn’t quite as selective as I am when it comes to food. The service was what was lacking. They were not busy and we were barely greeted by a girl who was maybe 12 years old and sat down. She was sweet and I know workers are hard to come by plus having family work in the business can help in a lot of ways. It took quite some time before we were given the option to order. The waitress was friendly but wait times are important in this industry. The atmosphere was given the lower score because a couple of young people were drinking, arguing, and cursing in front of my young daughter. With an attached bar I wish they would have chosen to sit in there and not expose her to the language. Or that the staff would have been more attentive and asked them to quiet down or move to a more appropriate seating arrangement. Otherwise, they seemed clean and has some interesting things to look at while we waited for our...

We visited this bar while on a family vacation. It was our only night out not eating at the campground and we were looking forward to a good dinner. After a half hour of waiting for our food, our waitress told us it was coming right out....It was an hour before we got our food. While eating our dinner we all put malt vinegar on our fish and fries and AFTER finishing our food noticed small bugs all over our plate. I looked at the bottom of the vinegar bottle and it was full of flies! We felt like we were going to throw up! After speaking with a manager they looked at the time ticket and admitted that we did indeed wait an hour. But they barely apologized for the wait or for the fact that we ATE BUGS! The manager and waitress acted like we were the ones that did something wrong. She only comped 1/2 of our meal! After working in restaurants for years, there is no way I would make a family who ate flies pay a single cent of their bill. Very...

Great place to eat or have a drink, very friendly small town bar. Great live bands too! A band from the Soo called Tarnished rocked the place out last night for Snows Fest. Was one of the best times we've had in a long time.

(Also, just gotta mention that about a week ago I had the kids in the area for a family fun day. After our adventure we stopped at AngGios around 8 pm. We went in and asked for 2 tenders baskets and 2 burgers. They told us the cooks weren't making food anymore. So we headed up to Snows to see if we could get a bite there. They said they hadn't had anyone around in a few hours. (it was I500 in the Soo that weekend) They turned their grill and fryers on and made our food - fast too! It was delicious and they were so nice and seriously got it out to us in no time. Plus, they make the best handcut fries you'll ever have. I will always go to Snows first now after that at AngGios. Great service, amazing food, better...

This place was a fantastic find on our vacation. The decor is fun and conversational. My kids were constantly finding something new in the larger side dining area to talk about. Heather, our waitress, was excellent, and her boyfriend, the chef, made us some great food. The Loaded BBQ Brisket Waffle Fries is a must! The dish is well-balanced, and the over-all flavor nearly had me buying a second. I tried the unusual idea of a Whitefish Reuben sandwich. The first few bites were good and a play on one of my favorite sandwiches. Unfortunately, the more I ate it the large slab of fish overwhelmed the sandwich, simply too much fish. My daughter had a pizza and enjoyed it a lot! My son and girlfriend each had the Fish Trip special. They both enjoyed their food. Eat here and I highly doubt you'll be disappointed. Be sure to try the chef's hot sauce, WOW!!!
