Atzimba Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Clarksdale

My feelings are hurt 🥹, Me and my kids went to Atzimba, just when I was about to find a seat… the owner stopped me & said…. Can I speak with you for a moment….. so we walked towards the register & as he stated…I understand that your son is ill but last time you were here you stayed over an hour & people were complaining….. I understand him (BRYSON IS AUTISTIC) cause I have a sister just like that😳, I mean you can stay but don’t stay more than an hour. As he was steady trying to explain himself…. It was the WORST! Ever since Miguel passed away, the service been HORRIBLE. Brought out a pepperoni pizza and we asked for a cheese. When I told him we wanted something else, he told me, “No! You can get the pizza or go to Dominos or sum and get a cheese pizza.” We had a whole altercation about a PIZZA and it could’ve been resolved if he never gotten an attitude, and I could have just ordered something else for the kids. I’ve been going there for YEARS and NEVER had a problem with customer service. They even had employees surrounding the door, as if we were gonna bail on the ticket. The food was absolutely great but the service was awful we was there at 2 today the waitress didn’t one time come check on us the place wasn’t busy she could’ve came to ask if we needed a refill or if our food was ok or anything but absolutely not I don’t know what her problem was but she seemed rude, didn’t didn’t even bring us our ticket or anything, I don’t know if she was stuck up or what but, it’s uncalled for next time I come there I will ask for a waiter instead, I have no clue what her name was but she was a waitress on June 24,2023 at around 1 or 2 there was only two other tables with a few ppl at them along with ours at the time, this waitress needs...
