Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Clay Center

Went to lunch with my wife and a couple of work colleagues. We all had the buffet and salad bar. I bit into a slice of pizza only to discover it had a hair baked into the cheese. I took the slice to the counter to show the employees. Our server was apologetic and comped us a free buffet but the apology was halfhearted and insincere. As I walked back to the table I could here one of the other employees start accusing me of having planted the hair myself, stating "It was probably one his." This is only the most recent in a series of visits to the "establishment" that have finally cost them a customer. The food is sub par compared to other stores in the area, the employees often don't wear gloves when handling the food, the employees can be heard swearing and having inappropriate conversations in the kitchen, the service overall is deplorable and the wait time for your order is usually...

Ordered almost $70 worth of items for a large family meal via the app. When I looked at the online receipt, it stated no breadsticks on one of the orders, even though it was supposed to come with it. No big deal, I figured I could call the store and resolve it. Unfortunately I was told that they have no control over the app and there was nothing they could do. So I requested to cancel the order. I guess my biggest thing is that it would have been more worth it to just comp the 5 breadsticks that came with the pasta. The store just lost $70 over a probably $3 or less item. I would consider not allowing the app usage as a business owner if it was going to continually cost me money. Just a thought...

The staff in this store are very unprofessional, the last time we picked up a to go order the waitresses were joking around and no serving customers, they also don't double check the orders and make sure you have everything you ordered. There has been more than one time where we've had to remind them to give us our 2 liters that we've ordered. At one point we brought home a taco pizza that had just a little bit of lettuce on it and it was wilted, it had no cheddar cheese or tomatoes, it looked gross.
