Knox Family Pizza — Restaurant in Clay City

This is not a sit-in restaurant. We got here and ordered a pizza, and it was an hour wait on a Saturday at 6 pm, so that's probably the worst-case scenario. They take call-in orders, too, so it's easy to plan better than we did. The service was great. Very nice and efficient. The food was ready exactly when quoted. They got our order correct. They have amazing pizza and subs, but the issue is whenever I try calling an order in, 60% of the time, they never pick up the phone. I just tried to call 3 times over the course of a half hour and got nothing. They're supposed to close in an hour, so I'm not sure if they just don't want to take any orders close to closing or they've already left for the night and their hours are wrong. If they're choosing not to answer the phone, that's bad service. If they're too busy or something they could at least answer...
