Cattleman’s Restaurant is one of those small-town gems that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—you’re free to seat yourself wherever you’d like, and the place is always clean and comfortable.
The staff is super friendly, and the food? Just like home cooking—comforting, satisfying, and always fresh. It’s the perfect spot for a family breakfast, whether you’re heading to church or just out for a relaxed morning with the people you love.
I’ve never had a single complaint about anything I’ve ordered here. Their biscuits and gravy are one of my personal favorites, and the whole breakfast menu is full of great options. I also really appreciate how the menu is designed to give customers ways to save money. It’s clear they care about their guests, not just their bottom line.
Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re anywhere near Savannah. It’s easily one of the best small-town restaurants I’ve...
Read moreOur first impression was the dated decor and the very Erie feeling of the place in general. They didn't have any kids menu's and the waitress had to go back and see what they offered. The menu was limited, the appetizers were very small. We ordered pickle chips and got 4 pickle spears and the onionrings which we only got 6 and they were burnt. Then we waited 15 minutes for our food. My fiancé and I got the Reubens which were good but my daughter got the BLT and there was a head of lettuce on it and three pieces of burnt bacon and my son ordered the country fried steak..... The first one was so burnt that when he put his fork in it it shattered and the second was so undercooked it was bloody. After that he refused to eat anything else. Then the waitress brought a little note card from the manager for 10% off our next visit which we gave to the couple sitting behind us because we will NEVER eat...
Read moreWith a name like Cattlemans, you would expect beef would be on the menu. The restaurant is more of a diner. The prices are not bad. The service was slow with just a few running the restaurant. Organization and better fluidity to meal preparation to service should be improved. We had cheese sticks and Reuben bites that are mass produced. Both appetizers came to the table cold. The french fries seemed fresh cooked but overly oily. We had to chase waitress down for our bill. The food was average, but improvements in organization would lead to improvement in service. This would make this place a nice diner like restaurant worth returning to in...
