McDonald's — Restaurant in Clear Spring

I would give 0 if possible. The members was so focused on drive thru they neglected dine in. Crew and Manager Clay would look at you and keep walking as we all stood there waiting to place the orders. They seemed to have a issue making a QP with cheese and bacon with no pickles.. I waited 30 minutes for them to remake the same sandwich 5 times. Each time I had to get loud just to get them to come back and remake it as they stood there and ignored every one inside.. Clay was very unprofessional and was getting annoyed with me because he couldn't seem get my burger right. Definitely not managements material nor should work with customers period. After waiting 30 minutes for them to remake same burger 5x my original fries was cold so I asked for fresh fries and he seemed angry about that as well.. I'm sorry you couldn't get a burger right and took 30 minutes to do so. As I watched them hand out fries for 20 more minutes I had to ask 3 different people where's my fries and they just look at you and walk away.. Worst service I have experienced in my lifetime. This restaurant is great! It is hard to believe it is a McDonald's! The restaurant looks brand new (and maybe it is, I am not from this area, just passing through), the decor is modern and beautiful. I ordered through the app while I was in the restaurant, and it was quick and easy, the food was ready within minutes. I ordered a McChicken, and it was hot and succulent, and it tested like chicken! I'm making a point of it because last time I had chicken in a McDonald's (a different location), more than a year ago, the chicken was dry and too salty. In this location, however, it was good. The lettuce was crisp and the bun was fresh and tasty. Generally, I am not a fan of McDonald's food, and I only eat there when I don't have a choice. was at this mcdonalds on thursday 1/05/2015, spent $21.00 on food, meal wasn't made correctly drive thru person acted like i was making her day miserable for asking her to take the sandwiches back and put lettuce on them like they are supposed to have, the reason for the long wait was because fries, which is funny because these are the absolute worst fries we have ever gotten from any mcdonalds, not to mention they weren't even 1/2 full. no napkins in the bag, no asking if we would like condiments, this place is TERRIBLE. will not be going back, called the manager spoke to him he acted like he didn't even give a damn, and ontop of this no receipt in bag, glad I paid with check card. will be putting stop payment on that...
