Coney Cone — Restaurant in Clearwater Township

My daughter and I go there whenever we can! I ordered a baby in a bowl with eyes and a small in a cone. My daughter who’s 3 got hers first and she took one bite and didn’t realize the ice cream stuck to her spoon and then it all fell on the ground. Okay that’s fine because I would just give her mine. No problem. The man in front of me asked the kid who was working if there was something he could do and as I stated I’d give her mine so I said oh it’s fine I’ll give her mine. Then I could over hear the OWNER and kid talking and she says well if it’s not our fault we make them pay. Ok well I didn’t ask for it and as a family owned bussiness you’d think they would be a little more caring. Then what they ended up giving her was a 4 oz cup with a little ice cream in it. Then she says do you need a napkin I said no thank you. THEN I hear her tell the kid he needs to go spray it off the cement with an attitude. My family will not be back there. So...

New owners and training is going on so it's a bit slow. I understand, not a big deal. My problem comes when I ordered an Italian sub, and asked for no tomato. Pretty simple...I thought.... The sub should have a couple different meats, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, and Italian dressing. What I got when I asked for that sub without tomatoes was a sub without ANY vegetables, just meat and cheese. It's a fairly skinny sandwich without any veggies. Surly the sandwich maker thought it was missing something. I realized the mistake after getting home, and didn't want to go back because it's been a long day. You know I figured my son and his grandpa were going for a memory of going down to a local ice cream shop and having a awesome experience but boy were we wrong if it wasn't the prices being crazy high it was the low quality of things if I wanted to have a microwaved pizza I would have went to the store and you know it bad when a 5 year old won't even eat it if I wanted to waste money I would have just given it to someone in need so they can go to the bp there can get a much better quality pizza for even cheaper and more cause this is not worth...
