My aunt ordered the wrong thing for me so I called Amy's to ask if I could return my food for a different meal. She gave me the run around like if she didn't want to do it ,but finally said yes.
So I went to return it and the food my aunt had ordered was $10.00. Which was 8.99 for the chx and rice . and $1.00 fr the sweet and sour sauce. The food I wanted only cost 7.75.
She proceeded to tell me that she was gonna charge me an extra dollar BC I didn't bring back the sweet and sour sauce. I said why on earth would u charge me for not bringing it back, I PAID ONE DOLLAR FOR IT. I'm not asking u for a new one. I just want my lomein instead.
She huffed and puffed but finally gave me the lo mein. She was so mean about it the whole time.
I get home, look at my meal and its half rice half lo mein. This lady knew exactly what she was doing. Trying to squeeze everything out of me that she could. Pretty sad.
Oh and for the girl taking orders, when a customer walks in and says politely, "hey I'm the girl that just called in, my aunt...." DONT PUT YOUR FINGER IN MY FACE AND CUT ME OFF MID SENTENCE.
I know why people like this place. The food is pretty good. And most people order delivery. A lot of customers don't have to deal directly with Amy. She's a cu||t. I hope this place goes out of business.
Who evers reading this, make sure u order delivery, so u don't have to deal with her directly. Your experience will be much...

My family and I ordered from this place, and every one of us were displeased with the food. For three people and $40 worth of food, you’d think you’d get one person that liked it. I ordered chicken noodle soup, the noodles had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The soup was very watered down, the noodles tasted raw. I also ordered spring rolls which were extremely tiny and lacked flavor as well.
The pork egg rolls were normal sized, but had no flavor either. It’s like they were bough in bulk and frozen for months before cooking in water.
I’ve never had crab Rangoon made with cheddar cheese before, usually the ones I’ve had were made with something more sweet, similar to cream cheese, these were not.
The sweet and sour chicken was filled to the brim with chicken and other ingredients but my father who had it said it was terrible.
The shrimp with scallop platter was filled with not shrimp and scallop, but 90% cheap mixed veggies. We threw it out halfway.
The rice was fine, it’s pretty hard to screw they up. With tons of options of Chinese food in the area, this one won’t see out business again....
Read moreNew place for me. The young lady at the front was very nice and helpful. I had a craving for some good tasting Chinese food! I ordered a lunch special of Szechuan beef. The rice was good. The veggies/sauce ok. But the BEEF was so full of grizzle, there were only 3 pieces that I could eat! I was the only customer there as this is mostly a carry out place, so I called the young lady over and suggested that she may want to mention to the owners that they may want to buy their beef elsewhere (or maybe I just got real unlucky) and I showed her using my fingers/hands to pull on several of the chewed beef pieces that I couldn’t even pull the meat apart and she could actually see the grizzle, which she admitted to seeing. She saw and said “oh, I’m sorry” and returned to her post …….. yeah, me too ‘cause I...
