An hour and a half for a single to-go pie and salad is mind-boggling. That should not be the standard. I like your sign at the front âfresh to order, we are not fast food.â⊠You know when there is ANY kind of disclaimer, itâs time to buckle up. How about you put a nice little pop-up online that says that before the customer orders?
âŠ. I think youâre resting on that ânot fast foodâ sentiment a little too muchâŠ.. Itâs like they were insulted that I asked about it after an hour and some change. Please, if you donât want to serve to-go orders or theyâre an inconvenience then just kindly donât offer that service. there are definitely diners that came in after me, sat down and were served food before I was given my to go order. So to give you an idea, people that just walked in off the street were able to sit down and get their food before me, who had placed their order 45 minutes prior to them walking in.. can an owner or a manager or anybody else explain how that could possibly happen ? To add insult to injury, when we finally got our pizza, it was lukewarm, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. Iâm not sure whoâs running the show over there, but it seemed like amateur hour watching everyone scramble around when it wasnât even that busy⊠please avoid this place if you value your time. Also, donât call it a white pizza, itâs a plain...
Read moreUnfortunately I have to leave a 2 star review. We decided on a whim to visit before an appointment in Anderson. We knew we only wanted the buffet, so it would be quick.
This location is unlike the seneca location - when you enter, you pay, then serve yourself. Our hostess sat us and let us know our server would be with us. For context, we were sat right by the buffet bar.
We waited for an uncomfortably, unreasonably long time, with no server in sight. Although, there were plenty of employees walking past us. At this point, we decided it was getting ridiculous and decided to wait on ourselves. We got our pizza from the bar and halfway through our meal a waitress finally came and asked what drinks we wanted. We both had water. Once she brought it, she didn't care to ask if we wanted to order anything, if everything was alright, or anything else. She left the water and disappeared again.
We were basically done by then and had to wait another uncomfortably long stretch before she appeared for the table in front of us (not even checking on us). We finally flagged her down for our bill.
I get that staffing is an issue in ALL industries right now, but you've got to adapt in SOME way. Be it more (even less capable) staff, one really well trained manager, shutting down certain aspects of business to keep the most profitable open, etc. Gotta...
Read moreWas there with a buddy, he got the baked baked spaghetti with an extra garlic knot and I got lasagna with a salad. He ordered cheese sticks as well. Ten minutes later, they came to the table... and were still frozen inside. Had to get the waitress, who, to her credit, got it resolved after she finally came back around. When she showed back up to say they were making another order of cheese sticks, I asked about the salad. Turns out she apparently was supposed to make it and had forgotten. So, I was still working on the salad when the lasagna came out, then a couple minutes later my buddy's spaghetti came out, then the new cheese sticks came. The food was pretty good when it arrived, but the whole experience there was frustrating. The waitress walked by our empty glasses multiple times, and when finally flagged down... would refill one at a time. As in...two trips for two different drinks. She seemed like a nice girl, but focus definitely wasn't a strong point. The manager apologized for the problems but he seemed more involved in wandering around talking to people than actually running the restaurant or paying attention to what was happening. That's an awfully expensive place for such a poor dining experience in terms of the time involved and the...
