This place here is my go to burger place, the owner of the place (Theresa) is a pretty down to earth person and a straight shooter and pleasant to talk to. Now I had a buddy that introduced me to the place and my first time there I had The Garbage Burger. Now don’t let the name throw you because let me tell you it was delicious and I had it over and over again dozens of time before ever having tried anything else. But a little while back I finally decided to venture out and try something different because when it comes to food I think I’m quite adventurous and I do enjoy trying new things. This most recent visit to this establishment I had the Black & Blue Burger with an order of Sweet Potato Fries and an order of Buffalo Ranch Wings that was slightly spicy with a cool ranch taste “OH SO GOOD”. The food never disappoints; service was good and quick; they had the game showing so it was kind of loud but that’s not always the case. I have been there plenty of time and it was quiet, so I didn’t think nothing of it. I chased my food down with a cold glass of Yuengling Light Lager (which always hits the spot when you’re eating burgers n’ fries) and simply enjoyed my company. For the service you get; the quality of the food and the quantity you receive, it was a great price which is why I frequent the place as much as I do. So the next time you have a hankering for some burgers, wings and beer I recommend you check this place out. I certainly hope that my review helps you when trying to decide on where and what to eat....

It saddens me to write this. I have supported and campaigned for this establishment for the past 9 years and really had no problem until yesterday. While visiting the Old Brooklyn cleats yesterday, my sister and I went in and chose a table close to the bar. Unfortunately, I’m unable to sit at the bar on the high seats due to a disability..so, we sat there for sometime and no one came by or even acknowledged our presence. After at least 10minutes, my sister got up to grab a couple menus and as she was doing so, a woman drill sergeant comes to the end of bar where we were sitting and very rudely said “just bar today, no tables, you’ll have to come up here and is waving us up to the bar as if we were children being reprimanded. Needless to say, we did not stay and will never set foot in that establishment again. In addition, I will detour anyone I know of blessing that place with their presence. After all, they certainly don’t need the money if that’s the way they treat their customers and their handicapped/disabled customers. I wonder if the media outlets would be interested in...

Bartenders don't notice you not a place you can go into and immediately get a drink bartenders act like your not there, stay away bad service go somewhere where the staff is happy to see you. After sitting at the bar and waiting 30 mins I finally ordered food via uber eats it was quicker. After I asked to see a manager the bartender apologized and explained to me they were short staffed, it only takes a second to order food; I replied, the same time it takes to refill a drink. I will no longer support this establishment. On a lighter note the bartender did pay for my drink. ** Update, it’s only fair for me to say that I have been back to cleats several times after my initial experience and I must say the service was great and the bartenders were very attentive on my return visits.
