Hardee’s — Restaurant in Cleveland

Beyond disappointed after receiving my breakfast in a bag I drove to my destination try to eat before I get out of my car. To my surprise the sausage on the burrito smells very bad and when I bit into it tasted horrible so out of concern I called back to the Hardee's on Blue Springs. The shift leader answered and said that nothing has changed about the sausage they're serving. I told them that there was a problem with the tastes and that it was inevitable she continued to deny that there was nothing different then she said what did you order I said "sausage burrito" she said there is no such thing as a "sausage burrito" we only serve a "Beyond sausage burrito and yes it is a different kind of sausage". When I returned to get a refund a very tall man came out of the back and stood over her while giving me a look like we were about to fight over this. I got my $ but she was rude, and that man never broke eye contact. Like he was a kid in high school wanting to prove something. I was firm when I returned I did not scream or yell and never cussed. We went there for breakfast at 11:58am they were nice enough to serve it to us, but there was a heavy set woman that yelled rudely to the back “hey don’t throw that breakfast away there’s like four people up here wanting it!” It was literally two of us ordering and two strangers behind us that haven’t ordered yet. While we were waiting on our food, the cashiers were arguing about who’s drawer is where and all of them had attitudes about the situation. We then received our food which was decent but the hash rounds were not fresh and we did not receive ketchup with our order so went back to the counter for some and that same woman asked “what was your order?”. What does that matter? I simply asked for ketchup. While making our drinks the cashier came over to sweep the rug as if he was in a hurry to get it done and then came back again to aggressively sweep the floor around us as we were getting to go refills. The employees that work there need to be more professional and considerate...

We buy breakfast from this Hardee's pretty often because it's close to our house. Never again. Saturday morning my husband went to the drive through and bought $31 worth of food, only to get home and realize they left out 2 sausage biscuits. We had a full day planned and time was limited so we couldn't return to the restaurant right away. So Sunday morning he went to the drive through again and spent $29 but when he told the manager about the missing sausage biscuits from the morning before, she refused to do anything about it. Nothing. Does being a manager give you the right to steal from us and what has happened to customer service? Save your money and pass this drive through by! They are dishonest and do not make thier mistakes right. That kind of work ethic is LAZY at best. As much money as we have spent there, do they really think we are gonna lie about 2 lousy biscuits??
