McDonald's — Restaurant in Cleveland

The staff and employees are very totally lazy, dirty, disrespectfully insensitive, they have no people skills only towards each other and they are unsanitary, they prepare the foods with torn plastic gloves putting your burgers, sausage and eggs on buns that are on top of dirty counters in the back. I happened to go there once and ordered a large coffee and seen how this place was ran, so i decided to stop by there again and again and nothing there had changed at different times. If you happen to go by there and stop by and see it for your self you too will also say its a shame, in fact its a crime, the police detectives across the street should investigate that place and go in for themselves undercover and see for themselves what a crime it is towards the community. I bet if they do they won't attempt to eat there or bring their kids to eat there. This place should fire all its employees, be shut down to be sanitized then closed for good. I love McDonalds coffee is why I went in there and its a good thing that I didn't go through the drive thru or I wouldn't have seen what I seen, I feel really bad and sorry for the people that had gone threw the drive thru, they would've been shocked. Kinsman in Cleveland Ohio Kinsman Road location The drive-thru speaker was not working they did not have any signs indicating that after I waited for 8 minutes for someone to come outside to scream"pull to the first window" since I do the surveys on the receipts I had a code for a buy one sandwich get one free at the equal value or less the cashier didn't understand what I was talking about and told me I couldn't use two promotions at once so they wouldn't accept my rewards so I could get my points for my purchase. Only accepting cards not cash this is the third time that's happened to me. They got mad because I wanted to give them my rewards code so they had to void my order and re-ring it up. Wanted to charge me the price of an iced tea for a cup of ice to go with my iced coffee I ordered a large iced coffee and only got a medium. And the original reason I went there was to redeem my rewards to get a free caramel frappe and they told me that their machine was down and so I wanted an ice cream and they told me that machine was down as well. Because it's late at night which I arrived at 10:00 p.m. everybody wants to shut the restaurant down so things are not available until the time of closing. Walked in the dining room oh, there were two doordash people waiting on their orders already and no one in line. Still in the dining room for almost 15 minutes before someone started taking my order. I would have left way before this but there's really nowhere else to go close by and I was already on lunch. When the young lady walked over to take my order, she's walked behind the computer and looked at me without saying a word. I said hello and she stared blankly at me, after a few awkward seconds I rattled off my order, she didn't have a problem hearing that so I know she heard me say hello. This may sound Petty but if I just stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I existed the least you could do is say hello back to me, even better would be to apologize for the ridiculous unacceptable wait time. Of course I received none of that. My food came out within a couple of minutes after I ordered. The order was correct, the sandwich was okay, the fries were cold which was surprising considering they had a line wrapped around the building to drive through, but then again I doubt that was moving any quicker. Honestly not surprised with the service at this location but still disappointed because it's a McDonald's, I would think that they at least try to run their restaurants with a little bit...
