Skeets Bar — Restaurant in Cleveland

I only went to buy two food items on their menu, but when I got there the lady at the bar claimed that their kitchen was closed because no one was back there to cook, but yet I seen someone sitting down with a bag of food in a to-go box at the bar, and it wasn't even 7:30p.m.!! But on doordash it states taking orders till 9:00p.m.!! 🙄🙄.... I really don't even think the lady really wanted to be there working, because it took her A LONG MINUTE to come to me and ask me anything, and she wasn't serving anybody at that time so it wasn't like she was busy!! I literally watched her pick up her cup and take a drink before slowly turning to me and looking at me crazy and when she did FINALLY come over to me, she didn't even say anything, just had a blank stare, like I wasn't even supposed to be there!! I had to come out and tell her what I wanted, otherwise it just would have been a blank staring contest going on!! Smh.... That is NOT good customer service, and that is NOT how you make money or get customers to want to come to your establishment!! 💯💯 I was even still going to get a drink even though they didn't have the food I wanted, and I would have tipped her good too, but the way she made me feel unwelcomed, I just left!!...

Came here expecting a decent bar and grill vibe, but this was a letdown. The service was super slow, and nobody really seemed like they wanted to be there — felt like we were bothering them just by ordering. My food came out wrong, and when I told the server, they just shrugged like it wasn’t a big deal. What I did get was barely warm and honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were soggy, and the burger was dry. Not the worst place I’ve ever been to, but definitely not somewhere I’d go back to...

this was my first time coming in here and I was surprised at how spacious the place was and I love that when I walked in people were on the stage tearing it up. It's great that they have an patio area for the ones who need a smoke break. I did not know that they had food, I don't think I smelled any when I walked in.
